These guys provide a (relatively) complete list of all of the food blogs on the web. It is amazing how many of these there are out there:

Are you interested in some soup?
Are there really a million ways to make French Onion Soup? It would seem so. Here is a small sampling of recipes which seem interesting: Now go out and caramelize some onions!

Bourbon Street Po' boy...
This Po' Boy sandwich looks particularly tasty. But personally, I prefer a good ole Philly Cheese Steak. These things are hard to beat.

Caramel Sauce... MMMMM....
Caramel Sauce can be tasty stuff. This is a great recipe, but unfortunately it does leave out the key temperature. To simplify things, instead of worrying over exactly what color is "golden amber", just use a candy thermometer and bring the heat up to 170 degrees F. The flavor isn't as good if you don't get it to full temperature, and it gets a very bitter taste if burned (even slightly).
Also, you can adjust the heavy cream content to get the desired thickness. If the cream content is just right, it will not need to be refrigerated and can keep in the refrigerator quite well. I'd recommend bumping it up to about 1.5 cups of heavy cream.
Of course, I also like adding butter and vanilla as well to give it a little more flavor. That's just a matter of taste, though.

I saw a search for something like this today...
Sogliole Alla Genovese (Sole Genoa Style). I don't know what it is, but it looks interesting to me. :)

Homemade "Oreo" cookies...
These buttercreme "oreo" cookies look delicious. I'll have to try this (or something similar) some time.

Cheesemaking
Cheesemaking
It seems that everyone who read Barbara Kingsolver's memoir Animal, Vegetable, Miracle this summer has been bitten by the cheesemaking bug. I have to admit that I had an itch in that direction when I finished her book (I've been intrigued by making cheese at home since reading the Little House on the Prairie books when I was a kid).

Milk... ewwww!
Ok, so I wouldn't use these Milk Straws either. Milk is bad for you.
Ok, not really, but I don't like it anyway.

Slashfood...
It's part of a fairly large network, but Slashfood is still one of the better food blogs out on the net. There are some great stories on that site. Is sugar really more addictive than cocaine?

HealthTrack Back Online
The site is back online, and slowly growing again. This has been an interesting excersize in learning PHP, and the experience will continue as I work to expand the site.
